Al Abtidae IT Solutions Co: Terms and Conditions
- Acceptance of Terms: By engaging in any services provided by Al Abtidae IT Solutions Co, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Al Abtidae IT Solutions Co and the client.
- Services Offered: Al Abtidae IT Solutions Co provides a range of digital marketing services including but not limited to website design and development, digital marketing, social media marketing, branding and print media, as well as marketing strategy and research.
- Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary for the completion of the agreed-upon services. Failure to do so may result in project delays, and Al Abtidae IT Solutions Co will not be held responsible for such delays.
- Payment Terms: All payment terms are agreed upon before the commencement of any project. Clients are required to adhere to the agreed-upon payment schedule. Failure to make payments within the specified timeframe may result in project delays or suspension of services.
- Intellectual Property: Upon completion of the project and full payment, the client owns the intellectual property rights to the delivered work. Al Abtidae IT Solutions Co reserves the right to showcase the completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Confidentiality: Al Abtidae IT Solutions Co agrees to keep all client information and project details confidential. Similarly, clients are expected to treat any proprietary information from Al Abtidae IT Solutions as confidential.
- Project Timelines: Project timelines are estimates and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Al Abtidae IT Solutions Co will make reasonable efforts to meet deadlines and keep clients informed of any delays.
- Revisions and Changes: Reasonable revisions are included in the agreed-upon scope of work. Additional revisions or changes requested by the client may incur additional charges.
- Termination of Services: Either party may terminate services for any reason with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for any services provided up to the termination date.
- Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through mediation before pursuing legal action.
- Limitation of Liability: Al Abtidae IT Solutions Co. will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of its services.
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in UAE.
- Amendments: Al Abtidae IT Solutions Co. reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of services implies acceptance of the amended terms.
